AT&T, T-Mobile to begin submitting paperwork to FCC around April 21st

AT&T announced that they plan to acquire T-Mobile for $39 billion on March 20th and, just over one month later, both companies will begin filing all of the paperwork necessary to help get the deal rolling. In an emailed statement, AT&T's Michael Balmoris said that they "plan to file [their] public interest statement at the FCC around April 21." Two screens with a bunch of possibilities! Aaron takes a first look at the Kyocera Echo , the first Android phone with two displays for maximum viewing. It has a 1 GHz processor, dual 3.5-inch displays, a 5-megapixel camera with HD video recording, and Android 2.2. Lock the displays together, and you have a mini tablet computer. It's a unique concept, but is it going to take off with Sprint customers, given its lack of 4G?
