Unconfirmed sources report that an iPhone app called Tactical NAV may have been used during the mission to locate Osama Bin Laden. An elite crew of American forces killed bin Laden during a daring raid on Monday, capping the world's most intense manhunt. Tactical NAV is an iPhone app that helps soldiers in mapping, plotting, and photographing waypoints on the battlefield. It primarily uses the Military Grid Reference (MGRS) and is currently available in the iTune's App Store.
